While the plants used in Kokedama are generally low-maintenance, they are living ecosystems and require proper care to thrive. Farm Studio cannot guarantee the long-term success of your Kokedama, as plant health depends on various factors after the workshop, including watering, light, and temperature.

 

Please check all the materials of the Kit at the time of delivery, & report any damages.

In case if sufficient time is available for replacement, the replacement would be made

Payment structure - 75% advance payment Upon confirmation of order & remaining 25% on or before the date of the workshop

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations within 10 days before the scheduled session, no refund would be initiated

For cancellations up to 10 days to the scheduled session, a refund of 50% amount would be initiated

For cancellations from our end, full refund would be provided
