INTRODUCTION

This Privacy policy is subject to the Terms and Conditions available on our Site and in the event of any inconsistency hereof with the Terms & Conditions, the Terms & Conditions shall override. We receive information about you from various sources, including: (i) if you register for the Site and the Offerings, through your user account on the Offerings (your “Account”); (ii) your use of the Offerings generally; and (iii) from third-party websites and services. We undertake no responsibility for the safekeeping of such information and shall not be liable for any disclosure, use, display or any other utilization of such information, whether direct or indirect, provided by you to third party payment processing companies.

 

EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS

We may receive a confirmation when you open an email from us. We use this confirmation to improve our customer service.

 

INFORMATION COLLECTED USING COOKIES
