Calathea Ornata Pinstripe Plant

 

• Light:  Keep plant out of direct sunlight because it can scorch leaves.
• Water: Plants allowed to sit in water or kept too wet develop root rot very easily.
• Humidity: Moderate indoor humidity. If the leaves turn brown and crispy, raise the humidity around it.
• Temperature: Calatheas do not like heat, they like the same temperatures most people prefer… 65 – 85 degrees. Generally they like the soil to be moist. This means watering the soil well and allowing the plant to drain off the excess water.
• Soil: Any good potting mix

• Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, quantity, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of checkout & consumer will know about this before payment.
• Packages will be delivered as per the location, may take 3 to 7 working days once shipped
• For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only.
• We do not ship Farm Studio products out of India.
• Orders are shipped within 7 working days or as per the date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company/post office norms.
• Farm Studio is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 7 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
• Delivery of all orders will be to the registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times(Unless specified at the time of Order). Farm Studio is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.

RETURNS: 

• Seeds & Live plants are Non Returnable products due to 'Health and personal care/Consumable' nature of the product.
• In case of receipt of damaged or defective consumer durable items and non-durable items, please report the same to our team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 1 day of receipt of the products.
• We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.

REFUNDS

• Orders delivered & accepted by the customer cannot be refunded. In case you feel the order is not as per specification, please contact our team immediately in 24hrs.
• Refunds towards the Cancellation of Order will be initiated if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order & only if the package has not been shipped.
• Refunds for cancellation/returns will be processed within next 7 working days of your request via a NEFT transfer.
