IMPORTANT NOTE:

1. This is a made to order product basis your choice of herbs. The Herb baskets are nurtured from seedlings to nursery stage saplings and checked for growth & stability before being delivered to clients. The time for delivery for this product will range between 7-15 days from date of placing the order.

2. For delivery locations that fall beyond Mumbai, Thane & Navi Mumbai the herb basket will be delivered as a DIY kit.

This product is a living herb garden being delivered to you with 2 herbs basis what you choose at the time of placing the order

The garden is grown in a wooden basket (Height 5 inches, length 9 inches & breadth 5 inches)

The basket is internally lined with organic coco coir mats

The growing medium is especially curated for your herb garden to grow and flourish

We are providing the herb garden along with complimentary package of nutrient boosters & spray pump for mist spraying the growing medium to avoid over-watering

Needs indirect sunlight

Water once Daily. Use a spray bottle to water. Spray in limited quantity; if the humidity is very high reduce the amount of watering

Replenish the nutrient boosters once every month.
Visualise & mark 4 quadrants in your pot.

Poke a marble sized hole in the growing medium on either sides of the plant and insert 1 orb each in both.

The boosters are sufficient for a month's cycle. The next month insert the boosters in the other quadrants.

E.g. Month 1 the boosters were inserted in quadrants north & south; then in month 2 they are to be inserted in quadrants east & west.

Your plants have their monthly diet delivered to them easily. Enjoy the blooms & fruits!
Shipping All over India

- Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, quantity, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of checkout & consumer will know about this before payment.

- Packages will be delivered as per the location, may take 3 to 7 working days once shipped

- For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only.

- We do not ship Farm Studio products out of India.

- Orders are shipped within 7 working days or as per the date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company/post office norms.

- Farm Studio is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 7 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.

- Delivery of all orders will be to the registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times(Unless specified at the time of Order). Farm Studio is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.
RETURNS

- Seeds & Live plants are Non Returnable products due to 'Health and personal care/Consumable' nature of the product.

- In case of receipt of damaged or defective consumer durable items and non-durable items, please report the same to our team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 1 day of receipt of the products.

- We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.

REFUNDS

- Orders delivered & accepted by the customer cannot be refunded. In case you feel the order is not as per specification, please contact our team immediately in 24hrs.

- Refunds towards the Cancellation of Order will be initiated if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order & only if the package has not been shipped.

- Refunds for cancellation/returns will be processed within next 7 working days of your request via a NEFT transfer.
