Fittonia / Nerve Plant Terrariums - Bulb

• Needs indirect sunlight. if placed where there is no or poor sunlight, please place in indirect sunlight for 2-3 hours  weekly. 

Watering: 

• Water once the grow medium is completely dry.
• Preferable twice in a week for Indoor Plan Terrariums.
• For Succulent terrariums once in 10 days
• Use the dropper provided for controlled watering. 2 droppers full of water for the large terrariums. For small Capsule & Bulb terrariums its limited to 1 dropper only
• Ensure the water is put on the grow medium & not on or near the plants

• The dry leaves are to be carefully removed with a forcep or similar tool. Tug gently at the dry leaf, if it comes off easily remove it. If the leave does not come off easily let it stay until its ready to come off. 
• Change the charcoal once in 1 year to keep it pest/bug free.
• Never overwater.

- Packages will be delivered as per the location, may take 3 to 7 working days once shipped

- For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only.

- We do not ship Farm Studio products out of India.

- Orders are shipped within 7 working days or as per the date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company/post office norms.

- Farm Studio is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 7 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.

- Delivery of all orders will be to the registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times(Unless specified at the time of Order). Farm Studio is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.

RETURNS

- Seeds & Live plants are Non Returnable products due to 'Health and personal care/Consumable' nature of the product.

- In case of receipt of damaged or defective consumer durable items and non-durable items, please report the same to our team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 1 day of receipt of the products.

- We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.

REFUNDS

- Orders delivered & accepted by the customer cannot be refunded. In case you feel the order is not as per specification, please contact our team immediately in 24hrs.

- Refunds towards the Cancellation of Order will be initiated if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order & only if the package has not been shipped.

- Refunds for cancellation/returns will be processed within next 7 working days of your request via a NEFT transfer.
