Plant Guarantee, Care & Disclaimer
The Products will contain each element displayed in the picture on our Website. The plant size and color may vary from the picture displayed there, as no two plants are alike in nature. The placement of plants may vary a little as each product is assembled with great care manually.
When you buy or whether you have been sent a plant of any sort, we want to be sure it will grow and thrive at your place. Upon receipt, the responsibility of the goods passes from us to you the customer, or the recipient of the goods. All goods must be taken out of the box and wrapping carefully.
Goods should not be left in the delivery box at any time. It is your responsibility to read the plant care instructions on our website. If you can't find care instructions then please contact us and we will direct you about the same.
Whilst every care is taken by us to provide strong healthy plants, we cannot accept liability for plants that fail within 2 weeks from the date of purchase.
We cannot also be held responsible for plants that die if they are not taken out of the delivery box and wrapped upon delivery. Plants can fail for various reasons extreme weather conditions, pests, also plants may have not been planted correctly or they may have been over/under watered or even not performed through neglect, in fact, reasons beyond our control. If your plant should fail within 2 weeks from the date of dispatch we will require the following in order to take your claim further. We require an order number, if you have been sent the plant as a gift the full name and address of the sender. We then require:
- A summary of when the plant was planted
- How it was kept - Watering schedule & technique
- Pot in which it was planted - Photographic evidence of the plant.
Upon receipt we will look at all the evidence provided, if we identify the plants haven't failed due to neglect or improper management of the above-said parameters, then we will issue either a full refund or a replacement plant.
Shipping Info -
Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, quantity, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of checkout & consumer will know about this before payment.
- Packages will be delivered as per the location, may take 3 to 7 working days once shipped
- For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. - We do not ship Farm Studio products out of India.
- Orders are shipped within 7 working days or as per the date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company/post office norms.
- Farm Studio is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 7 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
- Delivery of all orders will be to the registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times(Unless specified at the time of Order). Farm Studio is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.
Seeds Disclaimer
- The seeds that we sell are sourced from various farmers and open pollinators in bulk quantity and then they're made into small packets for use. Thus, ZPEC or Farm Studio does not hold any responsibility for the quality of seeds and the process of seeds production.
- Also, the productiveness of the seeds is subject to your local climatic conditions, storing conditions, the sowing method you adopt, and your commitment to the planting process.
- Seeds must be used within 30 days of opening the packet for best results.
